Our office got a burr puffer and we wanna name them but we don’t know what gender is it. Can anyone give tips to finding out what gender it is or if you can tell from the photos let me know!
I’m 24 and I’ve been on wegovy since January. Im 5’2 and started at 185lbs and I’m now 132lbs! This is the second time I’ve been on it and this is the most I’ve ever lost. The first time I took it I lost about 30lbs and stopped but I almost immediately gained all the weight back. I was on an antipsychotic called zyprexa/ olanzapine and it’s known for weight gain as one of its major side effects. I’m no longer on that medication so I won’t gain weight that fast like before.
I’d still like to lose a little more. I just got into the healthy zone for my BMI and I’d like to not be on the line of overweight and healthy.
I recently moved states and got a new primary and I see her next month.
Im deathly afraid of gaining the weight back. I suffer from POTS so exercise is really hard for me. I feel so much better mentally about myself now that I have lost all this weight and I really wanna keep it off. I try to exercise but I always feel like I’m going to pass out even at the easiest things. Even going upstairs to my bedroom at night takes it out of me.
Am I able to stay on wegovy at a maintenance dose (if that exists?) or go on another maintenance medication after I’m done with wegovy? Or what are your tips for keeping weight off. Points if you suffer from POTS or struggle with exercise.

Hey everyone, I just moved to Fort Wayne from Ohio and my cat, Maple, has gone missing. She jumped out of my window this morning around midnight when I had it open. She is missing around Woodbridge apartments.
I currently have a blanket of hers, her little box, and food outside my door hoping she will come back home.
