IE with a toddler

I’ve used IE for over 10 years and it’s been life changing for me. It helped me get over disordered eating behaviors and be “normal” with food and exercise.

However, now I’m a mom to two with a toddler and a baby. I’m having a hard time letting my toddler eat freely without worrying about too much sugar, processed food, etc. I want her to grow up with a healthy body image, relationship to food, etc.

Advice on what to read and how to help with reframing toddler behaviors?

Fetii for COTA Concert

Last time I went to a concert at COTA, it was pure chaos afterward trying to get an uber. Trying to plan ahead for a concert and have too many folks for an Uber/sharing one car.

Looking at using a Fetii van to go to and from a concert at COTA. Any tips?

▲ 8 r/Names

People who only go by their Nickname for a Classic Name … is it annoying as an adult?

I have a 3 month old boy and am wondering if we should change his name to his nickname. The nickname is for a classic name but not technically part of the classic formal name, think “Chip” for “Christopher”.

The problem is that when we introduced him to people, we told them the classic formal name but said “we call him Nickname”. Now no one uses the classic name at all and only calls him the nickname.

I’m worried it’ll be annoying for him when he’s in school and an adult, like email addresses, etc.

For adults who go by a nickname for a classic formal name, do you wish your parents had just named you the nickname?

I’m wondering if I’m overthinking this or if we should change his name legally while he’s so little.

Thoughts from others , especially adults who are in this situation, please!
