Over the last 8 months I’ve tried to stop smoking and each time when I go cold turkey, I end up having very bad silent reflux that screws up my throat and vocal chords
It’s super hard to talk. The silent reflux only stops when I start smoking again
And I’m going thru yet another one of my attempts to stop smoking. My voice is screwed. I duno what to do to help my voice come back properly and throat to heal up without smoking again
I started ballet afew weeks ago, my ankles are so stiff that when I do plies, the range of motion is so little because my ankle can’t bend much!
And my hips are stiff too so my turn out is horrible. In plies my knees barely go over my toes, they’re like half infront of the toes.
I’ve been stretching as much as possible to gain flexibility but it’s just not helping

I have a bunch of Modibodi panties that I’m trying to get used to for periods but the washing is just so inconvenient
I rinse the blood out after I change a new one and use a detergent to scrub, then rinse and hang to dry. So I’m washing like 4 panties a day at different timings.
Is there another way like collecting it all then dumping in the machine at the end of the period cycle
// edit// thanks for all the ideas 🤣 I will be rinsing> hang to dry > then toss in laundry end of week (I live alone. There’s not much to wash). Honestly so lazy to rinse all the blood out cuz I’m heavy and it takes forever but think it’ll be better than letting it dry and then trying to wash out
What’s the procedure like for contested divorce?
When does the divorce get taken into court for trial and what can be done prior to settle out of court to save on money, if it’s filed already?
Or is it no hope just go straight to trial

Been free from any outbreaks for the last 2+ year.
Any of you have experience with getting gardasil 9? How was it for you, did it trigger outbreaks?
Hi, I’m 32F and not been vaccinated
The last 3 years I have tested positive for high risk HPV (not 16, or 18) but normal result for PAP. No colposcopy/biopsy/LEEP yet
Is it advisable to get gardasil 9? I’m worried bout the side effects as I have HSV 2, and vaccinations usually make it flare up (covid vaccination in comparison)
What side effects are there, if any? And… is gardasil 9 worth getting done? It’s pretty pricy in my country
