Lack of 1br in public housing (that’s not in senior/disabled housing)

I will qualify for 1br as a single person.
It make me kind of sad that most family public housing where I live is 2br+. I wish they had 1br units within the regular family housing buildings.

I personally would have applied to public housing (not just mobile vouchers) but having to live in senior housing as someone who is younger kind of sucks. I would technically be able to qualify due to being on SSDI disability but just find it very depressing to be surrounded by all elderly.

Great Coral auction going on

A relative of mine is having an auction on some of their corals. Great time to try and get amazing corals for cheaper!
His company is On Point Corals!

What able account do you have and are you happy with it?

At this point I don’t care about smaller account fees as long as it has fast transfers from my local bank and a debit card. I will mainly use the account for minimal savings and qualified expenses.

Last month I signed up for the Massachusetts Fidelity ABLE account, mainly bc I live there and it’s also the only one with no fees.
I’ve had nothing but issues with it since I opened it. I think bc it’s really an investing company so transfers have very long holding times (even pushing transfers from my local bank).
Also they make you have a separate cash management account within Fidelity to use a debit card which is a pain. It also makes me nervous it’s not FDIC insured!

I just want an easy to use account with no hassle and minimal transfer times.

What way to transfer is faster for the money to become available?
Is transferring using my local bank app or pulling in from the Fidelity app?

I have a Fidelity ABLE account and a checking account at a local bank.

Two different ai gave me 2 different answers.
One said pulling in takes longer bc it then has 2-6 business days hold.
The other says transferring from your local bank takes longer. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Which is faster with no or minimum hold time?
