how can i achieve this?

recently i moved to another country and i started to have issues with the internet (need VPN for almost everything), so i've been digging on network stuff trying to figure out how to make things work but i'm not happy with my current set up (second attached image)
that's why i come here with my questions..

for context: i have ZERO knowlege of programming or network stuff. i'm a ui designer with passion for movies so that's what keeps me going on setting this up. i learn fast and i have some notions about how things work but i'd like to ask: what should i learn/study to achieve my desired setup? (first image attached)
i work 7 days a week so i only have 1-2 hours to study before going to work, that's why i want to know what exactly i should look for. i have asked AI, but it just gives me a step by step process on how to make it and i don't want to follow instructions without knowing what am i doing

my ideal set up would be to have all my smart speakers (alexas) and ipads connected on the same network with a streamlined OS so i could talk seamesly to all of them, and at the same time control the smart devices on the house (2 tvs). the OS on the ipads should be able to communicate to the other devices (notes, alarms, commands).. i have seen the home assistant projects but idk how to implement it here..

thanks so much for any help in advance

i've seen people here mention routers, tailscale, and proxmox, which i have used at some point but i'm not entierly sure how they work or how to use them properly.

i have a proxmox server running on the same laptop i intend to use as a NAS/homelab server but the whole configuration in there was made by a neighbor who was kind enough to help but that's about it

thanks so much for any help in advance

does this count as homelabbing?

i've been following the sub for some years now and the more i read, the more i realize the potential that can be done with homelabbing.

i've been getting my media from the internet for years but so far the process was super straightforward:

  1. seedbox with client an preinstalled apps (plex, *arr)

the reason why i have a seedbox is because my network is CGNAT, so i can't port forward.

  1. logging into my plex account on my devices

i had the chance to work as a ui designer with a bio medical engineer team to design some smart wearables and i got really invested into that , but my ex said that "that stuff/area is not meant for women, leave it for the engineers" so it sorta broke my motivation to learn about how things work but now im free from that relationship so i hope i can get something done :))

just another "Why are all my posts being removed by Reddit's filters?"

so literally, why are all my posts being removed by reddit filters? it doesn't matter which community I post in, my posts ALWAYS get removed and I ALWAYS need to message the mods to get it approved.

I have 12K karma, my MyCQS is "highest", and my account is 11 years old. I don't understand.

Is not like i'm super active here but I don't spam on reddit at all either. I created a new account around ~9 months ago and I can post everywhere without problem. I have 22 karma in there. why I cannot use my main account (this one) to post? I hope this post won't be taken down either. please welp! what am i doing wrong and how can i prevent it?

what is the best API for recruitment in HR?

as the title says, what is the best API or method to scrap databases for recrutiment with a very detailed filtering and profiling? I'm in no way a HR lol but i'm just wondering how companies get their candidates. is it like a secret software? maybe this question should be in r/Nodumbquestions but I think I can find the answer here

for anyone in materialize, is it worthy? is it still active?

I just heard about materialize but know nothing but it's a 3D printing site. anyone there that could tell me what they do in there?

also, are they recruiting or something? I'm in somewhat cool trackers but the only one that has active-ish unofficial recruitment is GGn

"Best time" to buy mario games?

As the title says, is there a ¨best time" to buy mario games on sale?

I live in a third world country so mario games are like a 3 day salary at best (when on sale) and a full week salary when not on sale. I've been monitoring games like Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Super Mario Odyssey, and even Mario Kart 8 Deluxe that has been out for almost a decade and the sales are soooo sporadic and rare that I still haven't find a way to afford them.

I heard the mar10 event is the best event to buy mario games but the games that I mentioned above rarely go on sale :(

What are the places where people buy these games? are they always this expensive? or maybe there's a site where I could buy them third-party like in Steam?
I'ts been like 5 years now with no luck lol. I've been tracking them on dekudeals but as you can see, the price graph has barely changed. Weeeelp I just want to play some mario games.

Again, I'm not in the USA so renting from a library or something like that is not an option here
