Hindi Magkaintindihan ang Network Engineers at Technicians dito

Hello.

Palitan na kaya natin bansag ng Valenzuela from "Plastic City" to "Truck City"

Career guidance for a graphic designer moving out of local ad agencies to international clients/remote companies

Seeking career guidance lang for my case.

I recently graduated last year and nag-start ako ng career as a graphic designer (with a bit of motion graphics) with a small start-up local ad agency with a 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH setup.

Kinaya ko naman yung job but 6 months lang tinagal ko don kasi I was contacted/headhunted by an early MNC ad agency for a similar role and was eventually accepted with a full WFH setup and a 25% increase from my current salary, which was already enough for me to make the switch kasi full WFH na yon eh.

I'm now going 3 months here but parang ayoko na. Mas malala yung workload, mas malala yung OT, halos araw-araw na, and despite the significant salary jump, parang di sulat for the anxiety I get thinking about my possible workload tuwing nalalatag yung scheduling and timings ng mga bagay bagay. My manager is actually really nice and approves my leaves without questioning (even if unpaid kasi probi pa). 3 months lang regularization dito, which is really nice kasi I get HMO and paid leaves agad soon kasi pa-regular na ko, but I've been reflecting and I don't think sustainable sa health ko yung ganto ka fast-paced na setup ng ad agency sa Pilipinas kasi it's really suitable for my lifestyle and health.

I know definitely job hopper na tingin sakin, but I was thinking of jumping to a fully remote international company/client na lang. I can handle the design work kasi bihasa na ko coming from an agency, I'm upskilled as a graphic designer na pati motion alam ko na, but I just want an employer na may work-life balance (which obviously is non-existent in PH ad agencies). Yung pag sinabing 9-6pm, 6:00pm log out na on the dot, hindi yung umaabot lagi ng 7pm sa tagal ng approvals ng designs tapos di naman considered OT kasi 3 hours ang minimum. and for this next hop I really want it to last long-term na considering my 2 short stays prior.

What foreign companies would accept someone with 6 months, then 3 months of experiences? Anong international clients (e.g. UK, AU, US) ang talagang may respeto sa work-life balance at strictly sinusunod at nirerepesto ang work hours? Is this a right career move for me?

Hi, crowdsourcing lang, just need to do some work in Trinoma later but need high speed internet. Is there any cafe/shop with reliably high speed internet that I can stay in?
