My client sells travel charms (bracelet with countries you've traveled to). The product is great and we were getting lots of traffic from Tiktok and instagram. However, conversion wasn't great and lot's of people would leaving without completing their order.

So we built a popup to nudge them, when they added a charm to cart, we'd show them a popup, give them a target to hit (1.3x of AOV) then tell them they are matched with a 'shopping buddy' - when they hit the goal, they'd unlock a discount. This worked wonders and we saw not only less abandoned carts, but increase in AOV.

So I built this mechanic into an app (BuddyBoost) and early merchants are already seeing results in the first ~3 days. Feel free to check it out on the shopify app store and boost your conversion rate and AOV.

Okay for context, we sell items in bundles and pallets, for structure and ease of use, we use tables in our site to show bundle and pallet quantity and prices. So our variants are just bundle and pallet. However, ShipHero is treating the bundle and pallet variants of the same product as different products - so essentially we are having to manage inventory twice.

Has anyone experienced this and how did you fix it?

Shopify is now fully showing brands and products on Chatgpt, I was looking at the Agents storefront and realised we go a sale from that.
- Customer came in from Chatgpt, didn't buy
- Came back twice in 2 different days, didn't buy
- Came back a day later and completed a purchase

Chatgpt will surely become a leads channel - so all purchases will still be completed on your store.
Curious how much traffic/attributed sales you are seeing from Chatgpt and what you are doing to improve conversion from that channel

I'm not sure how legit they are and I'm not looking to do anything shady, however, as anyone who has launched an app may know, it can be super frustrating seeing 0 installs and 0 reviews.
So I was wondering, how legit are these guys who claim they can help grow an app with real install, users, reviews etc?
