How to fade the fur/lighten it?

How to fade the fur/lighten it?

Hello! I just got this Fuggler plushie and I really love it. However, it’s a very bright neon orange and it doesn’t match my room aesthetic at all. I would like the color to be more muted, ideally pastel orange.

Does anyone have any experience with fading fur in a plushie? I don’t want to put it in the washing machine as the label says it cannot get soaked :(

Put my loops in running water, are they messed now?

Hi everyone!

I’m a person who’s very obsessed with hygiene and I have the loops Experience for when I party. After using them, I always clean the tips with water and soap, but the first time I used them I also submerged the whole loops in running tap water and some soap. It was only after that I read it’s not advised to do this as you can ruin the filter and affect the protection and performance.

However, I have worn them to a party again and I didn’t notice any change in sound blocking, and after I went home my ears were not ringing so I assumed they must be fine?

Still, I want to make sure my ears are protected and care a lot about health so this is making me worry. Should I just buy a new pair?

I was looking around at a deadstock shop here in the Netherlands, when I found Na Na Na dollies in a huge bin. I was surprised as we don't have the culture of thrifting dolls in Europe (unfortunately!) as in the US.

These are the minis from Series 2, which are sold in a blind box and retail for 15€. They were being sold in the store for 1€ only.

Upon inspecting, I believe this must have been store displays as the dolls come fully dressed, and the individual clothes are in a plastic and cardboard packaging. Normally, the doll would come in a blind bag and the clothes would also be in separate blind bags, with no cardboard or hard plastic holding them.

I just wish they kept more of the promotional display parts, to see how the doll was advertised. Nevertheless, this was interesting to see! The dolls look brand new too which is a steal for only 1€!

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy the plastic square breakable tokens/coins that they have at festivals and clubs for buying drinks.

I realized it’s very dumb to pay overpriced drinks when you go out and the whole system is set up so you are forced to buy more and more tokens.

I’m looking specifically for breakable square shaped tokens that don’t have any print on them, so basically just a plain color. I’m looking to buy them in different colors like yellow, green, red, etc.

Most of the stuff I see online has a logo or print unfortunately.

Does anyone know? Thank you!

Hello!

Does anyone know where can I get the butter squishy on Aliexpress but the one that is sticky/slimy and not foam?

I'm having a hard time finding it because the listings don't mention the material.

I appreciate if anyone has any links! :)

Hello everyone!

I'm a polyglot that speaks Spanish, English, Catalan, French, Italian and Dutch (most fluent to the least from left to right). I recently felt like I wanted to read manga from my childhood again (mainly Inuyasha and Fushigi Yuugi), and I was researching online for the best translation to buy. In my childhood I always read manga in Spanish or Catalan as those are my native languages, however, now that I speak others I feel like I could also use them.

Obviously manga will always be the best to read in its original form, which is Japanese. However, I'm not there yet unfortunately.

I was wondering if there are any other polyglots that have been able to compare the translations in different languages when it comes to manga and have found a particular language that stands out? I'm mostly interested in the format of the editions (if they are respecting the original Japanese format, have nice covers, well printed, etc.) and the translation itself.

I appreciate any information!

I was shopping at Primark today and the way my jaw dropped!!

I had no idea they had fashion dolls too, and their own brand! The quality seems very good for being Primark, and the doll is articulated at the elbows, wrists and knees (can’t tell if the feet are as well). She comes with a second pair of shoes and other accessories.

This is honestly such a deal for only 9€.

The doll is obviously inspired by Rainbow High, but what caught my attention are her lashes, so different from RH. Her face is also glittery which I love.

What are your thoughts?

Hello! I am from Europe and I've been seeing all the posts hyping the iridescent loops, which I find so beautiful! I can see the ad for them on the Loop international website but when I click on it there aren't there. It's not clear to me if they are a US exclusive release or if one can get it in Europe too.

Does anyone know? Thanks!
