With the USL not allowing 30k+ capacity stadiums into D1 for quality and optics reasons. there will be 3 stadiums with 15k capacity by 2028. DCFC, Sacramento republic and loucity.

Usl is currently working to get ussf to adjust the stadium capacity requirements but that is guaranteed to happen.
