Hi everyone,
We’re looking at moving to Milton Keynes and would love some local recommendations on the best areas to live.
We’re a young family, so we’re looking for somewhere that’s safe, family-friendly, with good nurseries and primary schools, nice parks, and a good community feel. We’d also like to be within a reasonable distance of a train station with services into London, and have easy access to the M1.
We’re not looking for the most expensive or exclusive areas just somewhere that’s a nice place to raise a family.
Which areas would you recommend, and are there any you’d avoid?

I’m thinking about switching to EE’s full fibre broadband (the 1.6Gbps plan) from Virgin, but I’m a bit unsure how the whole setup actually works.

Has anyone here got it?

How’s the speed/reliability day to day?

Do you actually get anywhere near the speeds they advertise?

Is it decent over WiFi or mainly just Ethernet?

Also bit confused on the install side of things:

Do they send an engineer out to fit everything, or do they just post you a router and you plug it in yourself?

If an engineer does come out, what do they actually do? (like install a box outside, bring fibre in, etc.)

Just trying to understand what I’m getting into before I switch from Virgin.

I haven’t played Football Manager since 2018, but I’m thinking about getting back into it. I’m curious if FM26 is actually any good, do you recommend it? Or is it more of the same every year? Any thoughts on gameplay, realism, and new features would be really appreciated!
