How to replace these battery welded tabs?

I'm replacing the batteries for this vacuum, but I can't find these specific welded tabs for sale anywhere and I'm not sure what specific keywords to look up. I'm also wondering if I would need a soldering kit on top of a spot welder in order to attach it to the circuit board?

Replacement for EVE 20P 18650 2000mAh 30A Battery?

I have this vacuum (20V) and I'm trying to replace the battery cells.

It uses these batteries but I can't find them anywhere in stock online. Are there any other batteries I can use as a replacement, and are there ones that will increase the runtime of the vacuum? Would these work?

What replacement battery cells to buy for BLACK+DECKER POWERSERIES+ 20V MAX BHFEA520J?

I think I screwed up the batteries due to water damage because when I try to charge the vacuum the lights blink and it only powers on for a couple seconds.

I want to change the batteries but I'm not sure which exact ones to buy. I haven't bought a soldering kit yet so I can't take them out to check, but they're blue/teal colored and about 1.8cm in diameter.

On the case it shows:

A15L520A-5 36Wh 3G
PN:NA415777

Do I need 18650 lithium-ion cells? Are there more specific ones I need to get? I'm not really knowledgeable in any of this stuff so let me know if any more information is needed.

Does this look more like bacne or bacne scarring? (27F)

I was going to try BP 10% wash but I was wondering how much of this looks like scarring/hyperpigmentation vs active bacne? When I feel my back it doesn't feel particularly bumpy besides a few spots and the tiny skin colored bumps so I'm really not sure.

Sorry I know the picture quality isn't the greatest, I just had trouble getting a pic of my back lol.

Needle is slanted when I screw it in all the way even though it isn't bent? (brother CS-6000i)

I tested this with other needles and they all have the same issue. I also made sure the flat side is facing the back.

I'm wondering if maybe the clamp itself is slanted? I'm not sure how to secure it in place when I move it though.

I tried looking up fixes but couldn't find anyone having the same issue. Also the machine is new and unused if that information helps lol.

I recently got this vacuum and while it works well, the battery dies so quick. The Floorsense makes it switch to high power mode when I don't really need it. I'd rather it have weaker suction than short battery life, so I'm wondering if there is any possible way I can disable it auto switching to high power mode? I don't think there's a toggle on this one, but I'm willing to get crafty even if I need to take it apart.
