hi guys i got a warning that my cpu temp was hot and shut it off for 20 mins and stuck a fan in front of my pc.

Hello everyone! i 21F have been diagnosed with adhd since april. i tried going the HSE route for medication didn’t work out (rip) anyone have recommendations on good psychiatrist that can help me? nothing crazy priced (mindpath offers sessions with one for over 700 in total and i cannot afford that lowkey)

all i know is he (Micheal John Cleary, 1954)
passed in 2003, 25th september. 35/36 sneinton hermitage nottingham.
the person who found him was named Lesley Frances smith. they were a resident in lawerence house at the time.

hey guys!! i’m 21F, recently diagnosed with ADHD.
hi guys, just came on here to share a bit about what’s happening and my experience with the adult mental health services.
i’ve been in camhs multiple times from the ages 8-18 for various reasons. i went back at 17/18 and they were able to understand me and my situation more and decided to look further into things i may have, adhd included. anyways before they could test me i got discharged for turning 18. i got my GP to refer me instantly to the adult services, and had regular appointments with my GP about serious mental health issues. anyway, i got refused. tried again at 19, refused again 😅 i said right ill go private
got diagnosed april 2nd, my GP decided to refer me again under ADHD medication issues and found out today i have gotten refused; even though im diagnosed now? is anyone else facing such such such issues trying to get into the services, i would understand if i didn’t have such issues and major mental health concerns but like what do i do now? my GP said he’s going to send a “strongly worded letter” because he understands my situation and even he is confused, to the point he had to converse with doctors in other practices.
anyone going through anything similar? would love to hear!
