ok so I (18F but AMAB) used to sing in a rly bad falsetto which did nothing for my voice whatsoever. however a couple months back I found out that resonance works so well especially w capturing head voice which is the thing that has improved my voice slightly, especially in mtf voice training

however, I considered last night if I was using too much nasal resonance, and this morning I proved myself right. I practised on a 10 minute mixed voice (going into head voice) video exercise that I regularly practice, but my nose felt kinda painful with the amount of nasal resonance I had (notably in the right side of my nose), to the point where I cant break out of it and simply use my mouth. its rly confusing and idk how to explain it at all

if anyone can offer advice I would be so thankful, and if needed I can explain in more detail abt my issue :33

so im a trans girl (18F) and im pansexual. during my transition i have developed a same sex attraction to girls, when I used to have one as a boy, but then it was to boys instead (my wlw attraction is much stronger now). I feel weird and scared being in a relationship w a bi or lesbian girl bc I feel like one of those guys who tries to fetishise wlw relationships, when that is genuinely the attraction I experience

its most probably tied to my gender dysphoria (of which I have a lot) but I feel like someone trying to fake being into a girls as a girl to get attraction

idk what most ppl think abt this but I feel worried, especially as someone whos romantically into some girls around me >~<

so theres this girl that I (18F) have a crush on at college. shes so cool and she dresses alt. I have SUCH a huge admiration for alt girls and I love her style and her makeup. shes so cooolll!! and I really wanna ask her out :3

the thing is not even jst that we havent rly talked besides me complimenting her outfits and us sitting near each other, but also bc (if she does even like girls) I dont pass as a girl yet so that already makes it difficult. but my online friends have motivated me to ask her out but idk how to even talk to her or even start

literally everyday (bc i am a new fan :3) i see videos of THE GODDESS Zara Larsson performing midnight sun (the title track for ref) and i feel so insecure when listening to her as an aspiring singer bc she is such an amazing singer who is sooooo talented. I have some resentment towards her bc of how good she is and how insecure i am (I get rly insecure around more talented artists and singers)

I wld love to know how to sing like her or at the least have a similar vocal power. she belts so well (the chorus of midnight sun) and has this beautiful high notes which she flips into so effortlessly, the way she is able to hold notes for over 10 seconds (thought thats maybe not as much) but nonetheless I am sooooo inspired. is there any ways I can do this, especially w belting (like in midnight sun)?
