Comparing App and Desktop applications, what do you guys think about the usability and practically of the system? What is missing and what needs to be improved. Open for discussion 🙏

To have a start, I will add my two cents here,

1. Filters, Plate blur functions only available for Mobile. Hence, I have to export all of my 4k contents to mobile first. Each time I have to struggle with clearing internal mobile storage to match the export clip capacity. It is a headache.

2. Exporting 4k footage with added filters and tweaks takes forever to export (using samsung flagship). Even through type-c to type-c connection its same as wifi.

3. Aqua vision filters changing randomly. I don't have a way to keep my favorite filters to use with my future edits.

4. Color filters doesn't have a way to reorganize or mark favorites. Everytime we have to scroll though whole set of filters.

5. I think the main focus of the app should be how to improve user friendliness of the footage edits, rather than other nice to have features, ads.

I had a samsung core prime at the year of 2017 and I had some private files which secured with the secret box. I can remember those files were cloud synchronized as well. Is there anyway I can access those file now? Yhe device is no longer with me but I used same email with that device as well.

Received B/N Ace pro 2 from a friend who flew from UAE. Can I apply for Flexicare ?

I live in Sri Lanka and I got a brand new Ace Pro 2 yesterday from a Friend who flew from UAE (He bought the camera from UAE). After activating, I saw I'm eligible for Flexicare service. I have few questions about this. Appreciate if someone can clear out my questions,

1. Device activated 2026/06/09 and I verified my serial number using this Link Insta360 serial check . Does this mean this is authentic product ?

2. My friend didn't gave me a bills for purchase. Does the purchase bill required to claim flexicare service ?

3. I'm planning to buy 2 year flexicare service, how does the claim process work ? I live in Sri Lanka. Does shipping and claiming process works for Sri Lanka ?

4. Can I purchase Flexicare plan from insta360 mobile app (through flexicare promo I received through app)?

Does 100MB/s v30 SD cards support 4k 30/60 recordings ? Anyone using this combo ?

Eventhough some cards are rated with v30 the transfer speed shows as 100MB/s. Does this speed handles well with 4k recordings ? I have a action 5 pro and looking to expanding the storage without braking the bank. Kingston canava select plus like sd cards can be found with much cheaper price.

Does Insta360 ace pro 2 support Kingston’s Canvas Select Plus v30 sd variant with capturing 4k footages ? Does anyone using this card with your action cameras ? From where I live canvas go plus is not available to purchase.

SD card spec says 100MB/s class 10 v30.

Appreciate your feedback on this. Im debating between Ace pro 2 and dji. Only thing I worry is this issue. Some youtubers reported it so I though its worth to ask from you.

All Ace Pro 2 enthusiasts, truly appriciate if you could share your experience with below points,

Audio qulity of inbuildmicrophone: wind noise reduction while moto vlogging and regular recordings in windy environments. I know having an externally microphone is the best solution for this but I really need to know users experience on the audio qulity of the inbuild microphone.

Photo qulity: Also I really look into photography as well. So how is the photo qulity compared to current rivals? Action 5 pro etc,
