I've got victus rtx 3050 and there's always a microphone issue,it's still in the warranty period should I go for an exchange, 2 of 10 times only it shows the microphone working and 8 times it shows it's disabled,it's so frustrating,plus give me tips for its long term usage,it accumulates a lot of dust especially below the hinge, from where the heat sneaks out ,plus in the microphone issue,even in the device manager it shows the driver is there but still the microphone doesn't work most of the times, it comes back rarely and then go on its own.please help me with it,plus share me the links of good laptop stands as this one is heavy and I need a strong one which I am unable to find plus give me some cleaning tips as i don't have a cleaning kit for this
