New F&I manager help

I just started doing F&I as a backup at my dealership and would love advice from some industry vets. How do you sell products to cash buyers? What are some word tracks that you like to use? What are some general good practices?

So i have a P1S and I use the .2mm nozzle. Ive printed these a couple of times and they never come out just right. What angles do you use for NL helmets and what settings do you use??
