Is progesterone going to delay the inevitable miscarriage?

I had a very low HCG at 17 dpo (88). My pregnancy tests are also not getting dark. I went for my second HCG this morning. Waiting on the results, but I know this will end with a miscarriage. It will be my 4th. I am on progesterone and am wondering if this keeping the miscarriage from starting? I haven’t had any bleeding yet. I just want this to be done with so we can figure out next steps. :(

What other testing to do?

Unfortunately I’m going through my 4th loss. I had 2 miscarriages, then one successful pregnancy, and then 2 more mc as we tried for our second child. The last miscarriage I had a d&e and they tested the embryo and it came back normal female but there was a note that it could’ve been contaminated with my blood. The RE believes that was the case and that it was an abnormal embryo. I’ve had a ton of testing done and everything came back normal: thyroid, clotting disorders, semen analysis, hormones, a1c, karyotype, hysteroscopy, ultrasound, endometrial biopsy. Now I’m seeing a different RE, who told me the next steps would be to do MORE testing, specifically endometriosis blood test ($700), and immunology testing ($1,850). My first instinct was to just say eff it and go straight to IVF with PGTA testing, but I really don’t know what to do. Looking for advice and others experiences…

Low HCG at 17dpo…only 88.

I’ve had 3 losses and one healthy 21mo old. I found out I was pregnant at 10dpo with a very faint line. Today I went for my hcg draw at 17dpo and it was 88. In the healthy pregnancy, it was over 346 at 16dpo. I just know this 88 is too low, and am bracing for another miscarriage. I truly cannot believe this will be my 4th. We’ve done all the RPL testing. My husband had a sperm analysis and everything has come back normal and looked great. I’m at such a loss. I think we’re headed to IVF.

Pregnancy chart - confused about aLH and bLH

Ive been using inito for over a year. I got pregnant in the spring but it was a miscarriage. For that pregnancy I knew I was pregnant because my LH went up at 12 DPO. I just found out I’m pregnant again and now the strips have both types of LH (alpha and beta). I’m super anxious about this pregnancy because that’s what loss does to you, so I’ve continued testing. I’m only 14 dpo. Here’s my chart, and noticed aLH decreased slightly but bLH increased. My pdg and e3g still look good. Anyone have insight into the differences between the LH and which is better to look for during pregnancy? I will be stopping inito tests soon, and I know it’s not supposed to be used for pregnancy :)

Spiraling - 12 dpo

Just found out I’m pregnant. I tested at 10dpo and saw an extremely faint line. I’ve never tested that early. I’ve taken a test each day and am now 12dpo and so nervous the lines might not be progressing. I only started using the FRER on 11 dpo, so only have 2 tests. I know it’s early and I’m so in my head. I’ve tested with premom as well and see some progression, but is the progression not as prominent because it’s so early? For previous pregnancies I’ve waited until 13dpo to test.
This is my 4th pregnancy (one successful pregnancy in 2024).

Miscarriage results are normal - WTF

I’m spiraling. I had two miscarriages in 2024 then got pregnant with my daughter. The only thing I did differently was take baby aspirin until 10/11 weeks with her. My pregnancy was completely normal except she was breech. I had a c section in Nov 2024.
We started trying again in January. Got pregnancy in February. First ultrasound was at 6+3. Measured 5+4 (only saw gestational sac & yolk sac). Went back at 7+4. Measured 6 weeks. There was a tiny embryo but no heart beat. Had a d&e on April 23.

After the first two losses in 2024 I had the full RPL work up done. I also saw a fertility specialist who did a fem vue to look at my uterus, ovaries and tubes. Everything looked good. I had 14 follicles which was great considering my AMH was 0.8.

What other testing should I be pushing for? Could it be something with my c section scar? I truly am at a loss.
