Wild horses, Salt river

Are there any good places to see the wild horses along the Salt River where you can park/pull off for free?

[OH] [Condo] Algae on siding

I rent a house in an HOA. 2.5 years and never a single complaint. The property management company says there is algae on the siding that needs to be removed per HOA guidelines. My lease states *Landlord maintenance obligations*. Specifies repairing, replacing and remedying. "Siding" is mentioned among other things. The algae wasn't due to neglect, it's due to weather and time. I kindly forwarded the letter on to the property manager for my rental company who is telling me it's my responsibility. I would like to hear any feedback as to who you think is responsible.

Looks innocent

The innocent look. In reality Jerry gets into everything he's not supposed to. But in his mom's eyes he can do no wrong. Spoiled. ...as they should be.

Renting site unseen.

Has anyone ever had to rent a house that they couldn't physically tour before moving in?

We'll be in this situation soon. Moving from east to west. It's just distance wise and economically not that easy for us to go and look at the house.

There are plenty of pictures but they don't always tell the whole story of what the property is.

Did you ever have to do this? Did it work out ok, or did you encounter anything bad after the fact?
