Since today was the last date to pay for 2nd round, how and when will we come to know that there are further rounds in the counselling?

I forgot to take a ss and want to see the order again thinking it would be avl but i am not able to view it anywhere.

Are there always only 2 rounds whereas the official site says 5? Last yr I know there were only 2 rounds as the cutoff went too low in the 2nd one

Or like only 2 rounds as previous yrs? What's the criteria on basis of which they restrict the number of rounds? How will we know that there will be more rounds? Like last yr also they had 5 rounds but stopped after round 2.

Not considering the fees factor, but in many posts here and 25adv sub I saw so much criticism of bitsp when ppl were comparing it to iitg or even iit bhu/iit indore.... Is bitsp that bad?

If I am currently in waiting list and IF I am alloted a seat then withdrawing from the seat before 30th July will get me the refund of 64k + seat acceptance fee?

I saw this post and was really worried, since i was thinking of going into cse but now it seems that the career in it will be worse than civil rn.
Anyone with more insights on this are welcome.
