I’ve recently developed a web-based **HRMS (Human Resource Management System)** and I’m now at the stage where I want to start promoting it and getting it in front of the right audience.

I’m looking for advice from people who have experience with **SaaS marketing, B2B marketing, or growing HR/HRMS products**.

What would you recommend for a new HRMS product to:

* Reach HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers?
* Get the first few customers/users?
* Promote the product through digital platforms?
* Decide between SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, content marketing, email marketing, etc.?
* Build awareness without spending a huge amount on advertising?

I’m particularly interested in hearing from people who have **actually marketed or grown a SaaS/B2B product** and can share what worked (and what didn’t).

If you were launching an HRMS product today, **what would your first 3–5 marketing steps be?**
