Scrubbed and seasoned first time in the oven at 230c for 1 hour and left to cool for 2 hours.

Bit of a blotchy area but its not gummy.

All in one (plenty potato in there no need for extra carbs) also onion garlic mushroom and green pepper.

Was in the mood for a beef stew in the local Morissons, good 1.2kg of lamb shoulder got my attention.

No egg in this recipe, just using some cooked rice and other bits that needed using.
