Ladungsabbruch Warmwasser

Ich habe Ochsner Air Hawk 1850 noch nicht ein ganzes Jahr. In dieser Zeit ist bereits ein paar Mal passiert, dass Warmwasser Vorbereitung Fehler geworfen hat und nicht geheizt hat, bis zum nächsten Tag (5 Grad Solltemperatur, also kein Betrieb). Heizungsbauer hat es zum Ochsner weitergeleitet, bei Ochsner die aktuelle "Lösung" ist, die Wassertemperatur auf festen Wert zu stellen und schauen, ob es wieder passiert. Effektiv kann ich keine Nachtabsenkung mehr machen, scheint zu kompliziert für eine WP für 40k€ netto...

Auf dem Dach habe ich noch alte Solartherme, die reicht aber dafür, dass kein Warmwasser Betrieb von WP angefordert wird, ich kann es eher erst im Heizungssaison wieder beobachten.

Hatte jemand bereits Erfahrung mit Ochsner, was könnte einen Ladungsabbruch verursachen, bzw. Ist es normal, die ein paar Mal im Jahr Warmwasser Aussetzer zu haben?

Deore Schaltwerk welche Schraube locker?

Ist das die direkt sichtbare inbus Schraube und muss ich dafür auch den Bremsengriff abnehmen? Ich komme mit dem Schlüssel nicht rein.

If the main screen fails, will I be able to backup and so on using the cover screen only or Samsung prevented doing that? As I understood the cover screen on Motorola Razr is sufficient without the main one, but not for the flip, correct?

I narrowed down available bikes at my local shop that I want to try and landed with 2:

I'm currently on a hardtail and budget manitou fork is flexing af under my >100kg when braking. Is this concern still valid with FOX 34 and should I move to Lyrik or it won't matter?

I'm more keen on the XC bike (lighter and another toy for me - wireless derailler) but I'm afraid of trashing the fork. As I understand, the carbon frame and handlebar is nowadays not anymore problematic, I don't have to by crying about scratches there. Should I expect more maintenance from the XC bike than all-mountain (tighter specs regarding allowed trails)? I'm not that much into jumps, but sketchy terrain and high speed and vibrations happen.
