Bundle is over the 2kg limit
Hi all - anyone have some advice for this? Someone bought a bundle of 4 pairs of jeans which together are over the 2kg weight limit Vinted has with their prepaid postage options. The only way I can do it seems to be to cancel the order and create a new listing with the jeans under ‘electronics’ which then gives me a 5kg option. Is this what you would do? Thanks

Parcel was returned to me?
Hi all. Unsure what to do here. A parcel I sent was returned to me today in the exact packaging I sent it in. Original label was taken off and replaced with one with my address. On Vinted it just says that the parcel’s taking longer to arrive to the buyer and if it doesn’t arrive soon we’ll both be compensated. Tracking says nothing about it being returned to seller. Any ideas?

Hi all. Been having random bouts of angular cheilitis in either one or both corners of my mouth for a couple years now. Always clears up and then it comes back a few months later. It hurts like a bitch and I hate the way it makes me look. I went to a pharmacist last year who gave me clotrimazol but that doesn’t seem to be working anymore. Is it worth going to the doctors to see if there’s anything else they can do to help? TIA

Hi all, not sure what to do in this situation. I listed a dog coat as XL when it was actually 2XL - completely my fault, I do acknowledge that - and now the buyer is asking to return. This would be fine of course, however the buyer pressed the ‘everything is okay’ button a few days ago now so there is no way to go about this through Vinted. Would appreciate some advice.
