Hii I am new here, I have been having severe neck pain left side that radiates down my arm ,neck really tight on my left side, if I sleep on my left side ,I have nerve throbbing pain on my left neck , goes down to my left arm. I have been having headaches moving towards my neck towards my left front ,heavy headed on my left side , my left eye twitching, ear pain, left jaw not so fluid movement. This is happening for two weeks or so. Do I see an orthopaedic or neurologist?

What is the psychology of people who keep on trying to control things / people to get what they want ? Manipulation is what I thought of ? To control a situation to have their desired outcome. But can you use that control to make people fall in love with you?

Anyone who has done an MRI whole abdomen with pelvic cavity with or without contrast, please share your thoughts! 

Did it show all your lesions and adhesions ? See I have done the Transvaginal ultrasound multiple times. It shows my adhesions/ lesions but for nerve related endo MRI is needed.  Did most of you use contrast , and people with family history of CKD can they use contrast with MRI?  Did the MRI give your a more acute picture of the endo? Does more advanced machine 3s Tesla be better at identifyinf the endo? Better machine Better imaging? Any thoughts? What other imaging/ diagnosis helped you all to find out any nerve related issues due to endo  ? Doppler/Duplex ultrasound for endo PCD, or pelvic inflammatory disease.
