My puppy just turned a year old recently, she was chewing on a chew bone thing and I just found one of her teeth. Is this normal? I know their puppy teeth fall out but this looks awfully big.

I have my first testosterone appointment in a couple weeks. I have severe anxiety and don’t like going to the doctor’s by myself so is there anything I should prepare for? I’m 25 and this will be my first “big” step in my transition, it’s exciting but overwhelming. I’m assuming they’ll ask me questions and draw blood, but is there anything important I should focus on? I’m just going to planned parenthood but I live in the south so there’s a little bit of worry. TIA!
She’s fed a little over 1 cup a day (split into 3 meals) The vet says she’s just tiny but she’s super long so I’m worried she’s not putting on weight for some reason.
I got my puppy spayed today and she has two red spots on both her front legs. They almost look bloody to me. Is this normal? What is this from? Drawing blood or something? She also still has iodine on her tummy, is that supposed to still be there? I’ve never had a puppy before so this is my first time getting a dog spayed but I can’t find any information online.
