Employer Certification/ selecting 120 payments made based on NSLDS data

Hey All- Wondering if anyone has any insight. I'm part of the July/Aug/Sept purgatory group, with September being my 120th. I went through the NSLDS and confirmed the eligible payment count reflects those months, so I was going to recertify employment to trigger the updated count.

The question is, when it asks for if I made 120 payments, should I say "yes" in this instance, or should I recertify first, and then if/when the numbers are updated, do it again and select the 120 being made?

11, nearly 12 yr old Siberian with a (partial?) CCL tear

Hey All,

This is all new news to me, so I'm still kind of in shock over it. While we were out of town, our nearly 12 yr old Husky was playing with her sister at my parents place, running back to the house when she yelped, pulled up and has now been walking around without putting pressure on the back right leg.

Took her to the vet yesterday, they said it was a CCL tear (cant recall if they said full or partial) and recommended TPLO surgery, mentioning no other options.
I realize 12 is a decent age for a husky, but shes still very spry/active/lively. She does have a hip/joint issue on the same side the tear happened that was ongoing within the past year or so, and we've been trying to minimize it first with YuMove supplements, and more recently an anti inflammatory (karkofin (sp?))

Surgery was the only option presented by the vet, but my wife in talking to coworkers of hers, and a friend of mine who volunteers at a Samoyed rescue, mentioned that something like a brace might work/be the "better" option given her advanced age and the cost of the surgery. "Better" in quotes just because as far as I know surgery is the gold standard, although it can still have risks particularly at her age. But my question is for those of you who had huskies that did tear their CCL, did you use a brace/how old was your dog/how effective was it for recovery, etc.

I'm just trying to figure out options in this shitty situation. Thanks in advance for any insights, happy to answer what questions I can too!

AITAH for thinking I have 0 fault for startling my wife and kid while mowing the lawn?

I just got done mowing the lawn. It 88 and humid, I dont have push assist, and I have to get it up a fairly steep embankment when mowing by the ditch. In short, hot, tired and just trying to get it done.

Meanwhile, my wife and toddler, who were watching me mow the back yard first while sitting outside, and then were watching me mow the front outside on our tree swing, realized after I told them I'm onto the half of law they're on, had to get off the swing. So they do so,and proceed to walk towards our house and stand right where im going to be going on my next pass, and stare at something in the neighbors yard. Basically, I say this to say they knew what i was doing, they saw how I was mowing the lawn, etc.

Anyways as im coming back, now towards them, I get like 4 ft away from them when suddenly my wife jumps and panic grabs my kid out of the way and then proceeds to yell "that was really fucking rude" to which I replied incredulously "Im literally mowing the lawn."

After I was done she confronted me in the house and was asking if I would have stopped if they hadn't moved, and she was panicked because she was so close to the blade (she doesnt know the blade does go to the front wheels) and I said of course I would have stopped but I also would have said what the fuck are you guys doing, can you move? (The gist, not the actual words around a toddler) and she basically seemed offended that I will take no fault in her startled reaction.

In my mind, shes well aware of what I doing, im moving at a slow walking pace, and its a lawnmower, its not exactly quiet, and her absolute obliviousness confounded me, so no, I dont think I did anything rude or I dont know what. But she does. Am I losing my mind here, AMITAH?

Help identifying whats going on with vat/screen

Just picked up this s4u16k, previous owner say they just changed the fep, but imo it looks loose, so im gonna redo it anyways. But beyond that, two things I haven't really seen before.

The 1st, and its a little hard to see, is all the sort of "water marks" for lack of a better term. My understanding is he has screen protectors, so id assume one is on it now; could it be it just wasn't sealed as best as possible? Will it effect prints?

Lastly, and I didnt notice this when I was out there, but looking at the exposure photos im seeing oddities. Im afraid to ask what they are, particularly the spot by the Elegoo G.

Thanks in advance!
