Has anyone else had the medication stop working after a while?

Currently in talks with my Dr regarding switching to another GLP-1 but wanted to see if there's any similar experiences, I feel like by month 5-7 it completely lost efficacy for me, cravings/appetite/food noise (and some weight gain) all slowly crept back.

This glue didn't work for me at all, back to Curvlife glue for me

So I normally use Curvlife glue but the most I get with Curvlife is 5-7 days, (yes I do all the proper prep work) but I had heard a lot of great things about this glue and I tried it and honestly to me it's no different than your typical pink Kiss nail glue that comes in the box of Kiss nails. Even with all the proper prep I got 3 days, and one nail popped off during those 3 days.

Is there any other glue that I'm not aware of that works super well? Hoping to find something where I can get at least 2 weeks. I get my hands wet a lot, and I use my hands a lot during the day.

I've never tried curing with UV lamp/gel method, but I've heard that can be problematic as some people develop allergies with it.

Looking for straw cups with NO VALVE for 17m old

Somehow this seems to be harder to find than I thought it would be, trying to put away baby bottles and sippy cups for 17m old and only do open cups and straw cups. EVERY straw cup I've looked into has a valve!!! I hate the ones with valves and so does she. Looking for something preferably stainless steel and not plastic.

What can I do about ugly stained patio concrete?

I think the concrete was not "sealed" when it was done so there's food stains and some vinegar splashes that eroded some of the concrete, (was trying to get rid of ants 😬) is there any way to make it look nicer, hoping to find a easy and somewhat affordable way to make it look nicer.

Edit- Thank you for those that provided some really helpful suggestions I will look into all of those!!
and for those of you that have an absolutely uncontrollable urge to comment your negative opinions, seek some therapy.

For those with kids under 5, what are we doing for summer activities?

I have a 1y old and 4y old, there wasn't much available to sign up my 4 year-old for for the summer in my area, so I'm kinda already losing my sanity and its only the start of summer 🫠

Every night after they're asleep, I'm finding myself stressing, trying to plan for the next day, otherwise we're home bored and they drive me nuts. We have a Zoo pass but I cant do zoo more than couple times a month, too exhausting. We don't have much friends or neighborhood kids around, I've tried posting in local mom groups in hopes to meet up for playdates but havent had much success so far. We also do library like once a week.

PLEASE share what you're doing, I'll take any/all advice.

How are you cleaning up glue oozing from sides?

Whats the best way to clean up/wipe glue thats oozing out the sides while gluing them on? I've tried a q-tip but sometimes it leaves fuzzies on there or an alcohol wipe but that leaves a weird white residue on the nails, I haven't been able to find anything to nicely clean up with no smudging or residue.

Anyone else feel like the poorest SAHM around?

OK I know comparison is the thief of joy, but hear me out 😂 I live in a HCOL area, and its been SO hard to make mom friends that are relatable, or that I have anything in common with besides being a SAHM.

Everyone I meet has a fancy car, multiple vacations a year, (including solo trips for self-care), botox/filler, spa days, eating out all the time, cleaning lady, designer clothes, and handbags, private school for the older kids etc. As soon as the new baby comes into the picture, they have their 18 month old or 2 year-old in full-time daycare from 8-5, meanwhile my 4y old is mostly still home with me while I'm also juggling a 14 month old. I have zero village and havent had a date night w/husband in 4 years, wear Walmart/Target clothes, and budget for everything. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and how you manage to feel better about yourself and life in general.

Anyone have any experience with this school? Would really appreciate any insight if your kids have attended this school, or still do. Feel free to PM as well! Thank you!

With mod approval cause not sure if its ok but I figured worth a shot! I always see posts on here of fellow SAHM's expressing that they need more mom friends and being lonely (and even if you already have plenty of my friends, doesn't hurt to make new connections!)

So here's my idea - what if everyone commented what city they live in (including state) and if you live in the same city, you can reply to that comment and maybe connect with that person, obviously do whatever you gotta do to make sure it's not a serial killer on the other end 😂 FaceTime call or connect on social media. Could even add the ages of your kids next to the city if you wanna find moms of kids with similar ages! what do we think? Is this a good idea?
