I went to a magical girl convention and then to an oddities market! I bought some clothing/accessories that ending up matching the outfit I already wore out for the day, so I tried on my new stuff on once I got home! I got a Pokémon cross stitch top, cross necklace, Hatsune Miku Tomie tote bag, and a Kyoko (from Madoka Magica) plush charm!

I went to a Magical Girl mini con, and this was my haul! Aside from some mahou shoujo items, I also picked up some art from girls media like Monster High. I found a few fan made items from more niche series, but not too much. I just enjoyed being able to shop a lot of magical girl fanart and merch all in one place!

I dressed in a Greek inspired look to see The Odyssey, and then I realized I would be matching the Power Chords series, so I took pics! I chose Gigi since she also has braids and green eyes. I really love the fashion of the Peach Riot girls, I would like to take inspiration from them in the future and match their more casual outfits as well

My name is Helena, so I’ve always wanted to cosplay Helena for an MCR concert! I saw them for the first time last year, so sharing this a bit late. I got a plain black dress and added all the extra Helena details like the tulle to the bodice, underskirts, etc. Some details I added just for fun too, like the flower on the sash since that wasn’t in the original look. I also made the bouquet! When I was creating this look last year, it was Halloween season at home goods stores so I was able to get some goth flowers

I got a case so that I could be guaranteed both sets, Whiplash and Dirty Work! I wasn’t able to get a secret from the case, but I like having complete sets so I am not too bothered. Did anyone else pick up some figures or get lucky and get a secret?

Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge is my favorite album, so they didn’t play too many songs from it, but I’m glad to have at least heard Helena live!
