*Opus Atelier Review*

L♥️VE necklace 18k yellow gold with 3 lab diamonds.

(Disclosure I will be getting 70% of my insurance back by writing my honest review)

July 21- I contacted Opus to get a quote. To be honest it was my first time contacting him. I’ve only worked with Gavivi once and I wanted to try someone else just to have a good comparison.

I was quoted: $2,470 plus insurance $247

Necklace quote weight aprox. 15.7g

July 22-placed order and received an invoice noting I had made a deposit of $1,235.

Aug 3- I received QC photos, everything looked good except for the LOVE engravings on the back. I will attach photo of before and after they fixed it.

I was the one who posted here about it and pretty much everyone agreed with me on how they were too “bold”. I told Opus if they could fix it which they did.

Aug 5-I was sent the new QC photos of just the Engravings. They looked a lot better, honestly better than other sellers out there. It seems that none of the sellers can get it exactly right. But to be fair mine was one of the best ones out there.

Since they had to remake the entire pendant I was told it would take a few more days to get it completely done.

Aug 9- Received QC photos of the entire necklace. I green flagged it.

Aug 10- paid the rest of the amount I owed.

Aug17-received it via FedEx.

Overall experience. I did feel a little overwhelmed with the engravings at first but I was glad they were able to fix it and make it look as similar as possible. Customer Service was great, they do respond right away. Necklace turned out to be lighter in weight than what I got quoted on so I do expect a price adjustment of 1.5 grams. I’m pretty sure I will be getting it back with the 70% of my insurance for writing this review.

**I saved the most important part till the end which is my thoughts on my LOVE necklace.

The piece is beautiful, it looks well made. Keep in mind I do own several Auth pieces from the boutique so I do have a point of comparison.

I did notice that the yellow gold is off though. I will attach photos comparing the YG necklace with my YG bracelets. Also another one next to my RG ring and a YG one. I could say the color of the necklace is somewhere between a yellow gold and a rose gold (leaning more towards the RG).

Since I have both color shades for the rest of my collection and I mix and match them I really don’t mind.

Hi guys ! I need your help..my psps just arrived and I don’t know what to think about the letter “O” and the “E”on the LOVE part of the Necklace. I feel like the line or the “hyphen” in the O is off as well as the letter E. Everything else looks pretty good. But these 2 letters are bugging me🫠

What do you guys think ?

Order Timeline:

•June 08- I reached out to her. She always responds ASAP. I placed my order that same day. Later that day I reached out to her again because I chose the wrong color for one of the pairs and she was nice enough to exchange them for ones I wanted.

•June 09- I received PSP for the Dior Sunglasses.

•June 11- I received PSP for the Tom Ford Sunglasses.

•June 22- My package was delivered to my front door (I live in California). Janie was on point with my order. She even asked me later that day if I had received my sunglasses.

Overall: Great quality as always. I’ve been buying sunglasses from Janie for more than a year and all I can say is that she never disappoints. I definitely like the fact that every time I reach out to her everything runs smoothly and quickly. Btw she’s so nice 🥰
