I know I’m not super conventionally attractive (or maybe it just depends on the person since looks are subjective), but this recent interaction left me confused.

I was at a coffee shop recently and happened to walk past a wlw couple while grabbing something near them. Out of nowhere, the masc gave me this super angry, death-glare look for no reason. And honestly, this isn't even the first time I've encountered this kind of behavior.

Like, calm down... I’m not trying to steal your girlfriend! lol

Honestly, it annoyed me because why are they acting worse than toxic men?

I prefer sleeping at this hour— to avoid yearning for someone. But here I am still awake.

I know I'm not yet ready to be in a relationship since I have a lot of things to fix in my life. I'm just curious if there is someone out there for me?

Problem/goal: how do you put yourself out there?

Context: like!!! 😔 I’m having a hard time navigating the gays. I don’t want to party anymore since I’m retired from that era. I’m focusing on self-care right now, and I already have hobbies, but yeah… I’ll most likely end up meeting straights. 😔

I’m also struggling to talk to girls at the moment, but I’m trying to build my confidence. As a masc, I’m always scared of making girls uncomfortable, so I tend to overthink before approaching anyone.

Also, how do you transition from just casually meeting someone to actually dating if you end up liking a girl you met offline?
