Recorded password was rejected, and the web site asked to reset in app. Tried in app and got error "Failed to create a password change verification code". This error has been there for a while. Suggestions?
I'm running it on a Gigabyte z390 Aorus Wifi Pro + i9-9900K + 32 GB + Samsung G9 5120x1440. It was fine when in win10 with 2080. After upgrading to win11 and 5070 Ti, the video pauses every few seconds.

I have a CR Pro and its latest database seems to be so out of date: for ACURA MDX it supports up to 2010 model, and for MB E class it supports up to W212, which are both over 10 years old. The product page says lifetime free update but it obviously hasn't been updated for very long time. Anyone able to make it work in 2020s?
I recently drove to NYC several times with R8 installed. Starting from more than 10 miles away on the highway, R8 continuously remind me of speed cameras and that I was speeding (as long as I went over 25mph). I drove in and around the city, and R8 became very annoying for reporting false speedcam and speed limit (highways close to the city are mostly 50mph, and some roads in the city are 30mph). I guess R8 is using GPS to locate my car and in the city it though I was on roads with 25mph limit, but I don't understand what happened on highways - that was huge difference. What went wrong and can that be fixed?
