Decathlon resistant bands

I m planning to get decathlon resistance band trio (15kg, 25kg, 35kg) to do home workout. I m a beginner female who can do shoulder press with 7 kg. Since i m not a budget that i cant pay for gym every month. I was thinking buying a good quality resistance band which last longer would be a better option ..also i can carry them whereever i want. I workout 3 times a week. I just do rdl, squates, bent rows and overhead shoulder presses. My goal is to have good muscle mass for good metabolism and joint health..( i got insulin resistance)..my goal isn't about appearance.

So will this long? Will it be a good investment ?

How to use punching bags effectively as a beginner?

I read punching bag is very good combo of resistance training and cardio.

My Goal is to get good metabolism and reduce insulin resistance. I don't want to build muscle for aesthetic reason.

So I m planning to do only punching bag at home

So how to start..which brand to buy..how many minutes should I do..is there any good youtube channel to guide this.

I m a female ..5ft..55kgs..so pls suggest punching bags accordingly to my minion size

Guys, La roche posay sunscreen is expensive, just buy loreal invisible resist sunscreen

I already made a post about it.

Both share same parent company, thus same film forming technology and similar ingredients except mexoryl 400.

Loreal paris uv defender invisible resist gives same finish as LRP at less than half the price.

I still don't understand why people are raving about LRP and noone talks about this 🫰

edit: many people are asking if this is a pr post..u can check my entire profile..I made similar post 2 days back..today I made another. that's it..because I was tooo excited to share...how this susncreen worked for me. I m just an unemployed mbbs grad who doomscrolls all day. this is a genuine post. 2 days back exam (inicet) results where announced..and I was depressed..so I thought let me make a post and interact so that my mood changes and I can get back to studies 🥹🥹

the best budget alternatives to La roche posay sunscreen

I genuinely didn’t expect L'Oréal Invisible Resist to perform this well. The texture, fast dry down, water resistance, and overall finish remind me a lot of La Roche-Posay sunscreens.

After looking into it, it actually makes sense because both brands belong to the same company and use similar sunscreen technology. The film forming system especially seems very comparable, which is probably why both have that thin, flexible, non greasy feel on skin.

Of course LRP still has an edge with Mexoryl 400, but considering the price difference, Invisible Resist feels insanely good value. What impressed me most is the UVA protection because that’s what really matters for tanning and pigmentation long term, not just SPF marketing.

Most affordable sunscreens either feel heavy, pill badly, or become oily after some time. This one surprisingly does none of that on my skin.

La Roche posay sunscreen's dupe

Isn't loreal invisible resist sunscreen almost a dupe of lrp sunscreen. They both are owned my same parent company, so they share many patented tech and ingredients.

Loreal has a patented film forming tech called a netlocking, which is used in lrp and well as loreal invisible resist too.

Most of the ingredients are similar execpt their patented merxoryl 400 which is present in lrp only.

Still for half the price (rs. 500), we are getting a very similar to la roche posay.

Also it is water resistant and absorbs so quickly and doesnt pill too.

i also follow a thai influencer solarman, who did testing of all loreal sunscreen variant...this one was spf 50 with ppd 46 which is closer to LRP sunscreen. thanks to it's netlock film forming tech.

PPD is the actual measure of UVA protection which causes tanning, aging and hyperpigmentation. PA ++++ means ppd of 16 or more. LRP has the maximum PPD in the world and loreal invisible resist sunscreen is also similar to it.
