The twist is the end screen. Every day's word is secretly tied to a romantasy book, so when you solve it (or run out), it reveals the book that inspired it.

Whoever read book 1 knows there's a lot of blood but honestly imo it wasn't soon enough, I almost DNF it (that first half was dragging!) But thanks to another reader advice (thanks again u/HaleyHounds0918), I keep going, and now I'm devouring book 2 and keeping my expectations low, so I don't get my heart broken, but the obsession is real 😩
