17M looking for a long term friend

Hello,

I’m a 17M from Europe, I would like a friend who is open for messages almost the whole day. Like if your very busy then maybe skip this request. I like talking about a lot of things but I’m not familiar with musicians or art so if that’s what u wanna talk about then I’m probably not the person for you. I’m a really big talker if I enjoy the conversation and I like sharing about my day.

I am open to playing games aswell, Minecraft, bf1, dying light, Roblox and I have steam so I can download any game really. But it’s not a requirement.

As many people here have said I don’t like the few days and then ghost thing so please don’t do that to me. Now for age I’m looking for people around 14-18 if ur a little older it’s alright too. Gender doesn’t matter.

Dm me or comment here, hope we can be friends!

Slop not tasting good anymore

Hello everyone,

I see many posts about craving the slop many of used to eat. I was on vacation recently and it was way past midnight. So all I could eat was McDonald’s. I ate it and to be honest it didn’t taste good. While I do remember it tasting good in the past when I ate it more frequently. It also genuinely makes me feel bloated and bad. It’s not a mental thing, I actually feel it in my body. So I think the body actually changes once you change your habits. Another is example is that I now crave fruit instead of candy since my body is accustomed to it as a sugar source. This post is just a little theory and a motivational reminder to those who are still struggling with cravings.

Thank you

Kurdish diet

Hello fellow Kurdish redditors,

Today I want to discuss a topic that isn’t talked about enough in my opinion.

As we know Kurdistan has a lot of very tasty dishes. So that’s what I would like to acknowledge before I say this.

But no one is addressing obvious problems with these dishes. They are usually full of seed oils, Fats, extremely caffeinated tea and most Kurds also eat tons and tons of white bread. Not to mention that all parts of Kurdistan usually have little rules against pesticides. So the produce you think is fresh is actually not as good for you as think. I think this is the reason for many diseases and sub-optimal health of our community. I mean it’s 2026, don’t we think it’s time to move on from all these unhealthy food habits and switch to healthier alternatives like organic produce, whole wheat bread, herbal tea without caffeine. And so on.

There is a lot more I could mention but to keep it simple I feel like this is enough. I hope you guys take my message positively. It is a silent killer, I know this is mostly for politics but this is something that will have a big impact on our nation.

Thanks for reading if you made it this far, good day.

Is milk really part of the diet.

This thought has been floating in my mind for a while. We have been discussing raw vs pasteurised and raw milk obviously wins nutrition wise. But hunters did not drink milk? They only went after and killed animals. And dead animals don’t give milk. Old wild cows were extremely aggressive so there is no way they would let a human milk them randomly. So realistically the only milk they drank was human breastmilk. Neolithic farmers were the only ones who would’ve started drinking milk. But the primal community is against the farmers diet. So why do we even bother with milk if it was not part of the diet of hunter gatherers?
