Hello everyone, I have a small FHC and we have various finance related products & services for customers so that tools are accessible to everyone. We have a portal called MH Markets that allows you to track your portfolio and offer up-to a 5Y comparison of how your portfolio performed against the benchmark. Besides that we offer:-

- Trading Indicators (RSI, MACD, etc) and portfolio indicators (sharpe ratio, VaR)
- Stock screener & Price Alerts
- Fear & Greed Index
- Research reports
- Stock price targets
- Earnings and Economic Calendar
- Multi asset portfolio (you can track your gold currencies and shares AIO tool)

We’re also integrating brokers we do own a partnered TREC agreement but the platform itself isnt regulated hence theres certain requirements for that and once we get the green light we’ll also offer Securities Based Lending (SBL) allowing any investor to liquidate its holdings without selling for a certain period so that his/her long term portfolio isn’t damaged if one ever needs sudden cash.

As for our track record
- We have successfully forecasted 2 CPI reports (USD) 2 PPI Reports Jobs Data (USD) which impacted Gold & DXY market
- We forecasted a price target for CNERGY of 12.25 when it was at 8.08, its currently trading at 15 bec EPS jumped YoY basis. We indicated the bullish volume and order book for MEBL our PT was 492, its trading at 587 but our price targets are just research based thesis we’re not guaranteeing or giving actual trade signals with TP SL (not cryptofluencers here)

We want a few users to test out the app before we monetise the already 33 signed up users and activate their accounts.

This is probably a little different from the usual posts here, but I've been trying to make this work for the last couple of years.

A few years ago I built a platform that allows people to collectively support and fund local small businesses. We've managed to help a few businesses along the way, and now I'm reaching out for support on one that we really want to succeed

A burger kiosk that previously operated in Scheme 33, is opening its second location inside a padel court in Bahadurabad. The owner and my platform have already put in most of the money ourselves, but we're still short around PKR 330,000. The remaining amount is mainly for final kiosk work, equipment, and getting everything ready before launch. We're willing to partner for 25% in exchange of that capital requirement so if anyone would like to contribute any amount in exchange of a percentage ownership of the total business, we'd be glad to have you on board for this. We're not expecting one person to fund it all, there can be multiple contributors with equal % sharing as this will have a more communal impact and grow our circle.

The plan is simple: get Bahadurabad running successfully, then look at opening our next location in either Clifton or DHA for which we have already talked to a few courts.

I know there will be plenty of questions — why not take a loan, borrow from family, or fund the rest ourselves? All fair questions, and I'm happy to answer any of them openly. We also have an investment memorandum and business details (Revenue, profitability, investment breakdown) available for anyone genuinely interested.

Hello everyone, you might've seen my previous posts which are mainly about raising capital for various business projects hence I thought I'll introduce what I do. I founded Raqam which is supposed to be a supporter for all small businesses and startups that lack funding. We have a group on facebook which has over 500 people. However we still need investors and a community to back each other and grow together, business gets funding, investors gets a decent return for that backing. Raqam promises to write off some % of the risk, incase a business fails we'll be liable to some or in few cases whole amount but none of this will be possible if we don't have backers first. I'm willing to have a meeting with each one of you if you all are willing to join our platform. We're currently raising capital for a burger joint opening at Bahadurabad, we need backers for that and this could be a start. Private business investments with high growth opportunity usually leads to decent returns while being shariah compliant.

Hi everyone, a friend of mine is raising funds for his burger kiosk which will be opening soon in a padel court located in Karachi. The padel court is a well known court and is located at a relatively good location however he’s short 300,000pkr, we had already invested 900,000 but due to some final costs we’re short that amount and we’re willing to sell 25% stake in exchange of the amount. The school had been already struggling with constant load shedding plus the extra electricity costs were eating up a decent chunk of revenue. We’re looking for an investor to rback/fund solarisation of an underprivileged school in Karachi in return the investor will get 13% APY (incl. principle capital). Solarisation will help reduce electricity costs for the school and moreover increase its efficiency because due to l load shedding they’ve had to close it for some days. The school has an amazing gross revenue floor hence we’re confident that the school will easily pay back. The amount isnt that big and my startup will be the guarantor of this contract (we’ll cover the risk of default which we financially can because our current assets are worth 2.5M but its tied up in stocks and real estate hence its not liquid otherwise we would’ve funded it ourselves)

Moreover its completely shariah compliant because we’re apply the ijarah wa Iqtina model (lease to ownership) hence this investment is asset backed plus the asset (batteries inverters) are relatively safer assets so incase even if the school defaults, the asset itself can cover 60-70% of the amount invested. This is an extremely low risk investment opportunity thats offering higher than market fixed return. Now that ive laid this out how can I find investors for this? Its better if theyre from Karachi.

Okay so ill try to keep this short, im the cofounder of Raqam a campaign marketing firm that markets campaigns for NGOs and NPOs to raise funds. We have the most strict due diligence and reporting regulations yet we’ve received 0 response from individuals willing to donate. We’re raising funds to install electric water coolers in Karachi because the heat is actually at all time highs and deaths will increase (theres already a significant increase in heat related illnesses). Cold water is the only cheapest and quickest relief we can provide in current circumstances. If anyone can guide how to make our fundraising more efficient please do let me know because a few days back recorded temperature in Karachi was 44.

Its not just a one way benefit, we will offer branding and marketing awareness which will help the business in achieving its CSR goals and with proper branding the business will be marketed to thousands of people as we’ll be displaying logos and all relevant marketing material but I personally dont know whats the best channel to reach out to such businesses?

We recently developed an accounting software that manages inflow outflow reconciles payments prepare financial repot, forecast cash flow etc etc one key thing that we offer is short term financing so that businesses working on credit dont get low on cash and keep the business running. Now the issue is Alhumdulillah i already have clients but obviously we need more initially i tried reaching out to business groups but the presidents are such scums that they dont give u any attention unless you’re sponsoring or shit like that bec they get a huge cut, i was thinking of hiring sales people and have them reach out to businesses is this a smart thing to do?
