Same as the title. I'm in a very lonely phase of my life. I have a few friends ( these friends are long distance friends ) but no frequent contacts. Have like , zero friends to hang out irl .There are a few people in college but we barely hang out and it's not even friendship for me actually. It's very situational thing I would say. I see people around me having friends, social circles, hanging out, having fun. I feel envious, I feel empty to the point that I'm making this post right now.

The worst thing is that I'm in my last year of college. It did not bother me since the past two years as much, but I don't know why it's bothering me right now. The people I call are just my parents and my siblings. No one else.

And I don't really want the same generic comments of put yourself out. Where do I put myself out? Why do everyone else these groups, people to hang out, talk to without any effort?

Please drop some advices for your lil sis out here .

1 . Have good attendance. That will fetch you around 11 marks. Even if you don't attend classes, please attend the tutorials and have atleast 80% attendance in it.

This alone will fetch ya 5 marks

( Better than 0 imo )

2. Be visible in front of teachers. Unless the teachers sees you in his/her class , They won't give a f about your marks. You will graded average.

3. Take your internals seriously. By seriously, I mean seriously. ( Internals can make /ruin your GPA )You can cheat, but I would recommend you to study for your internals, because you barely have to study a few chapters. And in this way, at least you'll study, and that will be beneficial when you open your books a day before exam.

Don't have that mindset that ohh I will score well in the exams and balance, no you won't.

4. Start studying at least two, three weeks before exams. I wouldn't really recommend starting a night before the exam.

5. Please don't fall for the trap of giving improvements.

The improvement system is really messed up and sometimes it can even lower your grade.

6 . In practical subjects of Sec and Vac , please attend classes.

Some of the teachers will give you a very bad grade if you have less attendance.

That's it , have fun .
