[Heuer Autavia] Watchmaker recommendations

Hey everyone! Just received this guy in e it the mail. Couldn't be happier with this pickup. However, I need recommendations for a good watchmaker to service it. My go-to guy doesn't do Chronos.

Any good recommendations out there?

- I live in Central Florida, but don't mind mailing it off

- I like to stick around $600-800 for a solid service

[SOTC] Unexpected 3 watch collection.

Admittedly, this is not endgame for me. I have at least 5 other pieces I want, all of which will require considerable saving. (Looking at you, Tudor Sub, you popular and expensive bastard)

For now though? I'm enjoying this very fun little trio.

  1. Seiko Dolce, 8N41-7030

  2. Seiko "Pogue," 6139-6002

  3. Zodiac Sea Wolf, 722-946B

Legit Seamaster? Omega 166.0206... Supposedly

Just as the title says: Looking to see if this Seamaster is legit. I love everything about this watch. That said, I can't find a single example like it.

I think it's a redial or something like that. The tell to me?: No other Breguet style dial has a "4" written like that. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

[Heuer Cortina] How much dial damage is too much?

If you don't know, the Heuer Cortina 510.513 is beautiful, especially with this dial. The initial asking price for this example is right at $3k. I think that's too high for the damage around the indices, but it got me thinking:

For the wider audience, how much dial damage is too much? How much is considered "weathered vintage" vs "too worn"?

Would be interested in hearing your perspective. Thanks!
