i received a notification to do a self paced interview for one job, n then for another job i received a notification to do an assessment, but after clicking the links this screen pops up, one says “complete” while the other says “auto submitted”, what does this mean exactly?
so i’ve been applying to a bunch of jobs on the uhg website n right after the application was submitted i was redirected to a prompt to do an assessment, but weirdly enough when i go on my dashboard or check my email i don’t see any notification to do any assessments, is this a glitch in the system?
i’m having my self paced video interview tomorrow and i’m feeling a little bit nervous but i’m wondering as to what to expect. i’ve seen some people say that after the self paced video interview they might just get an offer on the spot without even having an interview with a hiring manager, is that true? if anyone else has went through the hiring process as a wfh customer service rep please i’d love to hear your guys’ experiences!

I’ve been doing a lot of research and I’m seeing a lot of different information. I see some sources say summer temperatures average 24°C-26°C and that it rarely goes above that, but I also saw someone say it can get up to 40°C sometimes. I just want to know the average temperature in the summer, and how often do heatwaves occur. Also is there an exorbitant amount of bugs as well? I’ve been contemplating a move there and I want to be very thorough before I make a decision.
