Gynecologist recommendations for PCOS/PMOS

This is a long shot but I figured I'd ask- does anyone have a gynecologist they actually like who is familiar with treating PCOS, now known as PMOS and accepts MediCal?

I was previously seeing Dr. Dumrong Tangchitnob for years in West Covina- he is great and I cannot recommend him enough- he might be one of the best doctors I've ever had. Unfortunately I have different insurance now and his practice doesn't take MediCal (I have HealthNet with Molina) so I've been on the search for a new gynecologist.

My last two have been horrific- one said PMDD doesn't cause depression (I forget the name of this doctor, but it might've been Dr. Suneetha Ali- I just remember it was a South Asian woman doctor in West Covina) and last Friday I saw Dr. Julio Lemus who was beyond unprofessional and showed a lack of understanding of what PMOS entails.

I've been suffering from debilitating PMDD and believe I might've developed another cyst on my ovaries, so I'd love to find a doctor who is actually aware of the full scope of what treatment of PMOS entails. Thanks!

Edit to add: doesn't have to be in West Covina or even in SGV for that matter. I'm willing to drive out to any competent gynecologist who takes my insurance.

Bobmoos mango and lychee sodas + Pepsi Lemon Big Zero

Picked these all up at Tokyo Central because they were $0.50 off.

I didn't know before buying that Bobmoos is a soda brand from Korea that contain REAL fruit inside of it. Left is mango (Mary Ann Skuttle voice: mango soda) and right is lychee. They had other flavors like pineapple and lemon at the market and I might go back to try them.

The lychee was light and refreshing and had a little bit of the artificial sugar flavor (each can has about 12g of sugar alcohol so pretty low). However the lychee flavor is very natural and pleasant. If you're someone who dislikes diet sodas, you might dislike the aftertaste, but I loved this. Would also be an excellent mixer for cocktails.

Haven't tried the Lemon Big Zero Pepsi yet but I've liked the peach and pineapple flavors but hated the Americana one.

Found Mug Vanilla Howler at Grocery Outlet!

I know the bottles aren't typically as good as the cans, but for $0.99 I'm not complaining. I didn't see reviews for this one but I bought two bottles- how was it? They're sitting in my fridge so I haven't tried them yet, but is it worth going back for more?

Help interpreting results again

I made a post yesterday with my test results and also have some context about the timeline exposure here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/PlusLife/s/jlEzZeV3ll

Many of the commenters said it was a clear negative, but my caree is immunocompromised with LC so in an abundance of caution, she asked me to borrow her PlusLife and take another test the following day (today).

I'm really concerned at the rise starting at the 25 minute mark, and am wondering if it's early detection of an infection. Today would be 7 days after the first exposure and 6 days after the second exposure. I'm going to send these results to her but wanted to see if anyone had any insights. The last time I caught Covid was in 2022 so I do not know what the timeline for the incubation period for current variants looks like.

Edit to add: I also don't currently have any symptoms

First time doing a PlusLife test- need help interpreting results

As the title says, this is the first time doing a PlusLife test. For context, I am a caregiver for someone with LC and I borrowed her machine to do this.

I recently had a possible exposure; I unmasked briefly to eat outdoors with a few friends who take precautions on Friday 8/7 and Saturday 8/8. One friend let us know that her mom tested positive for Covid on a RAT on Sunday 8/9. This friend tested negative on the RAT on that day, however the friend eventually tested positive on a RAT on Monday 8/10. I have been quarantining since Sunday, and have taken daily RATs (all negative) until I had access to the PlusLife today. Additionally, 3 other friends and my partner who also unmasked to eat with us have been testing negative on RATs and my partner took a PlusLife test yesterday that was negative.

My caree was concerned about the bump in 7 at the 20 minute mark, so to err on the side of caution, I went home and she lent me her PlusLife to take an additional test tomorrow morning.

Would greatly appreciate any insight and interpretations in the meantime!

Pepsi Big Zero Americana

Grabbed this from the Japanese market. I really liked the Big Zero line in the past so I figured whatever Americana flavor is, it couldn't be too bad, right?

Wrong. Apparently it's a berries and cream flavor but it tasted artificial in the worst way, almost like the chemical parts of a cherry slurpee (which I actually like) without any of the flavor. Also the combination of fake berry and cream with the Pepsi acidity almost gave it a minty quality.

I think there might be someone out there who enjoys that flavor profile, unfortunately it is not me. I finished it but wouldn't repurchase.

Donut French toast

I got a box of donuts from Too Good to Go but couldn't eat them all before they went stale. Ended up cutting them in half and making a French toast custard with eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

Lesbian flag jam sugar cookies

A friend of mine gifted me their old PS4, so as thanks I offered to bake them something! I decided on lesbian flag cookies and was inspired lavbakes' pride themed bakes in this sub, and as a queer person myself during pride month, thought it felt appropriate.

Sugar cookie recipe is based on this base recipe from Butternut Bakery Blog:

https://butternutbakeryblog.com/chewy-sugar-cookies/

I doubled the recipe and then split the wet ingredients into four bowls and just changed the extract flavors; I ended up doing vanilla, orange, strawberry rose, and raspberry. Then I ended up scooping alternating colors with swirls of raspberry and strawberry rhubarb jam before scooping. They came out gorgeous and tasted just like rainbow sherbet!
