Periodic self-doubt?
Does anyone have advice for overcoming moments where you question your own account of events, or where you are unsure of whether your memories are skewed, etc? I know things wouldn’t change if I ever went back, but I still get pangs of self-doubt. I always relied on their external validation instead of building strong inner self-esteem, so this probably stems from that.
I did write a letter to myself that I keep in my phone notes and every word of it is reassuring, but I don’t want to have to rely on confronting the pain receipts to ease my self-doubt every time.
Does anyone have other advice for how to quickly stop feeling like I’m wrong?
