hello, my name is logan & im medically transitioning from female to male. ive been on testosterone therapy for two months now, im 18, 5'3, and about 117 lbs. i did crossfit for about a year but stopped after i got a sacroiliac injury. im mostly a swimmer because ive done it my whole life and it's low-impact. ive been going to physical therapy for my injury and the pain is usually just a 3 or 4 but my doctor says one day it shouldnt bother me anymore. i also regularly do yoga and am pretty flexible and i eat well.

i miss working out in a gym and am thinking of picking it back up in order to do some masculinizing for my body. im wondering if anyone has any tips to building a routine that tackles arms/shoulders and abs (and whatever else will make me more masculine) without hurting my joint too much and still working on swimming.

im not necessarily asking anyone to personally build me a routine, but i just dont know where to start.

thank you!
