International roaming
I used to work for Telus in the EPP department
one of the scenarios I had the most was the unexpected international roaming fees.
I always had customers who said they did put the phone on airplane mode in order to avoid charges.
I really think Telus did charge even though the phone was on airplane mode.
I mean, it is really easy to avoid those charges.
Why would a person who has a job want to spend one hour or more over the phone in order to get credited for something that was used.
I think you have an income good enough, and you are busy enough to call us and ask for a credit for something so easy to avoid
I really would like to hear your opinion about it
