if Konnect, Paymee, and Flouci are blocked, what do all tunisian websites use for online payments ?

I have been contacting accountants and comparing the costs of opening a company.
The best offer I got was like this:

creation	1000
domiciliation (1 year)	500
fees	95
monthly accounting	300

I'm ok with most of that, except the monthly accounting costs 300dt it seems a lot for a new company with minimal activities. i was wondering if anyone knows if that's normal or a lot.

Also, does the accountant open the company bank account for you as part of the company creating or is it something i have to do on my own?

I’m a fullstack developer based in Europe, currently working on a platform targeting the Tunisian market (creator/entertainment space).

I’m at an early stage (prototype already deployed) and looking for someone to collaborate on the business development and marketing side.

I’m looking for someone who:

• can reach out to creators and get them onboard (ideally already have some connections)
• helps get the first users (not just ideas, real actions)
• figures out what needs to be done and move things forward without waiting for guidance
• understands how TikTok / Instagram works in Tunisia
• has already worked on something before (project management, business, growth, etc.)

Just to be clear:

• this is not a job and there is no salary
• it’s an early project where both sides invest time and possibly some initial costs
• you must be based in tunisia
