DAE find brain zaps kind of pleasant?

Whenever i miss a dose (often 🫩) i don't get the brain zaps that people describe - no electric shocks in the brain. Instead, it feels like my vision takes a split second to catch up and has a low frame rate when i turn my head. I would compare it to being slightly drunk but only the head feeling.

It feels oddly relaxing and pleasant instead of uncomfortable. Of course, it slightly worsens my functioning, but when I don't have anything urgent to do, I actually try to experience it as much as I can while waiting for the missed dose to hit.

Does anybody else also like this feeling?

What happened to this pigeon?

Hello,

I saw this pigeon while feeding the local flock. He has a weird feather clump on his head, but otherwise is energetic and eating well. What could it be? Thank you for your answer 🕊️🕊️👍

Life is a pointless cycle of work and more work

Go to college, which you don't want, to get a job, which you don't want, to earn money to live a life, which you don't want.

The only constant in life aside from suffering is work, interrupted only by subtle headpat from a monkey reward system. I have everything, yet my dumb dopamine-junkie brain demands more to feel okayish. You can't even blame the system for it - if you go off the grid and live on your own, you have to work even harder to feed yourself.

I hate evolution, i hate being sentient.

[TOMT] A YouTube video with a white dog standing in a field

Some time ago I've watched this video and now I can't find it.

The video i'm taking about has a short japanese title. In it, there is a white dog standing on its hind legs, periodically changing into a white worm. It was standing on a green grass field. There was organ music in the background, the whole video had an uncanny vibe. I will be very happy if someone finds it. Thank you in advance

Increased empathy and emotionality on effexor

I have been taking a low dose of venlafaxine (37.5-75 mg) for 1.5 months. I've been warned about emotional blunting, but i don't like to feel anyway so I figured it would be fine. However it gave me a weird effect - it largely increased my empathy, to the point where for the first time in my life I've donated some money to few charity fundraisers and I am overly invested in societal problems. Also i am appreciating art again. Honestly, this annoys me but also makes me feel human.

I've taken Prozac and Lexapro before, but other than causing annoying side effects they only slightly lessened constant sadness, at the price of causing frequent emotional outbursts.

Has anybody experienced a sudden shift to high empathy and emotionality? How do you deal with it?

Do you think that Charlie Kirk will be a better vicepresident?

I'm hopeful for the new vicepresident after tragic departure of JD Vance. I will always support him for his tolerance and visionary mind. Bottlepisser seems like a much better candidate than Couchfucker. However, i'm worried, because Kirk recently said that we need to legalize all drugs and murder. What do you think about it?

J. D. Vance's death from rabies is a tragedy

Make sure to follow these rules if you don't want to get rabies and die like the late Vicepresident J. D. Vance

  1. Don't eat meat from questionable origins. It is a verified information that Vance caught rabies from eating a neighbour's dog. Eat only tree bark and medium sized rocks - the most natural and healthy food for humans.

  2. If you get bitten by a suspicious animal, like a mosquito or a toddler, known rabies carriers, it is not too late to protect yourself. You just have to rub an overcooked egg yolk on a bite wound. That way you won't have to deal with swingus dingus.

  3. Keep your windows closed. Open windows invite dangerous wombus inside. Instead, use an ice cold book.

If you follow these rules, you will be safe. Recent resurrection of Charlie Kirk decreased trust in the internet, but there will always be valuable posts.
