I got low dose benzos for PRN 30pills and up to 3x per day I can take over a 30 day period. However I routinely get overwhelming panic and anxiety attacks where I’m full on crying in class without time to ground myself before it happens. Since I’m at such a high level of anxiety much of the time in my first class and when I can feel it coming on I take one I worry about both running out of medication or if I’m even taking the medication correctly? I am also prescribed some vitamin supplement for anxiety and a benzo for insomnia at night. Can someone give me some insight?

After the first day of being here my host family hasn’t planned or attempted any outings together at all. I’ve been here for over a month now and while they are doing the prepared meals and laundry and providing housing like is required it seems kind of like I was disillusioned into what a typical host family experience is like. We have not left the house together besides the first day to have a brief tour of the nearby area and check out the schools which I think was also a requirement. It kinda makes me feel bummed out.

Edit: they also recently suggested that I should maybe change families to be more comfortable.

I for some reason thought you couldn’t take all these meds together because they have interactions but u would like to hear from someone who is taking them. Thanks.

Has anyone had to cut Vyvanse and caffeine out due to their anxiety? I was on a lower dose of Vyvanse before but it was nearly impossible to get a prescription refilled anywhere at any local pharmacies. I added Lexapro to it then it cut out the anxiety I had from it. But now I am off Lexapro and still on Vyvanse.

I am having pretty bad social anxiety and I feel like Vyvanse makes it worse. I do not weant to go back on SSRIs of SNRIs because of the bad side affects success stories or stories of alternative adhd based therapy treatments? Thank you.
