Need advice

I started with this Anthurium (Red Crystal x Carlablackie) X (Papillilaminum x Crystal Mag) with the 2 leaves on the right that already had the spots. There are no signs of pests that I see and his roots are healthy. He was in water but transferred him to perlite and sphagnum moss. The newest leaf is the big one on the left but the middle leaves is getting more yellow. Should I cut it off or just leave it.

New leaf possible?

What are the chances this cutting will produce another leaf and is there anything I should be doing to higher the probability? It’s an aglaonema white rain. I make sure my room is high humidity, and it gets bright, indirect sun. Thanks in advance!

Cut or leave?

This is my first alocasia and when I got him, these two leaves were already like this. I’m giving him high humidity and bright, indirect light. Should I cut these two leaves off or leave them? Also, any tips and tricks are highly appreciated!

First macodes!

I’m very new to orchids and got this little guy a little over a week ago. He’s in a glass enclosure and I’ve been opening up every two days for about 10 minutes to give him some fresh air. He’s in sphagnum moss and perlite. Any tips and/or tricks to help this guy thrive?

Rain water

People who use rain water to water their plants, how do you filter it? I’ve been using coffee filters, but want to hear other peoples take on it.

What am I doing wrong? He’s been in there for a few weeks and there’s only teeny tiny roots coming out that seem brown. Any tips and tricks greatly appreciated! Also, the clips aren’t putting any pressure on the stems, they are just holding it up in the water
