Salt / Sunrise / Swisscom Mobile Contracts (swiss probiders) - does cancelling get you a truly better deal ?

I've been with Salt for -10 years, two lines on one account, both coming up for renewal.

They call me almost weekly to "extend" and the offers are always the same: a discount that expires after 24 months, then you fall back to the full list price and start the whole dance again.

Meanwhile the public online prices for new customers are roughly half what I'm paying for the same plan, and some now come with a
"lifetime discount" instead of a 24-month promo.

What I'd like to hear from people who've actually done it:

  1. Did you have to formally cancel before anyone offered you a real discount? Or did asking nicely work?

  2. If you cancelled and then wanted to stay - did they let you withdraw the cancellation, or did you have to go through with it and re-sign?

  3. Did existing customers ever get matched to the online new-customer prices, or did you have to actually leave and come back?

  4. Anyone tried porting out and being
"won back"? How long did you have to wait?

  5. Sunrise Flex Premium Bundle - anyone on it? Does the 50% really hold long-term, and how does the device swap work in practice?

Concrete numbers and outcomes are more useful to me than general
"telcos
are greedy" takes.

Canton/provider doesn't matter, I just
want to know what actually happened.

Thanks!

TRT Bad Sleep - stopped HCG; coincidence or causation ?

Long time reader, first time poster. I’ve been on Test E 150mg/week for about a year now and feel great overall. Recently though, my sleep has gone downhill. I’ve never been the longest sleeper, but with decent sleep hygiene I’d always wake up feeling rested. That’s just not happening anymore.

Here’s my question: I stopped HCG (250mcg E2D which i started in the begining of the year) about 2-3 months ago because of high E2. The sleep issues started maybe 1-2 months ago. The timing is suspicious, but honestly I wasn’t paying close attention to my sleep back then since it was never an issue - so I can’t say for sure whether there’s real correlation, let alone causation. The one data point I have: my wife mentioned I was “sleeping like a bear” during the HCG phase.

I’ve genuinely tried everything on the sleep hygiene side and I’m at my wit’s end. I feel like the key is somewhere I’m not looking.

Has anyone experienced sleep changes after dropping HCG? Curious whether there’s a hormonal mechanism here I’m missing.

And i.e. if i would hop back on HCG, how do you guys keep your E2 in check, because i honestly don‘t want to mess with AIs; are there some low-low dose protocols ?

Any Advice and especially in-depth knowledge would help.

P.S.: Sleep apnea is not the issue.

(China) Market-/Product Flood - Grey Market Increase

I’ve noticed an exponential increase and an overwhelming number of new suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and middlemen over the past year.

And I’ve “already” been “in the game” since 2016 (back when people still looked at me like I was crazy when I pulled out the vials and syringes to my lab rat :).

I’ve tried several vendors and manufacturers over the years. I’ve generally had good experiences, with a few exceptions.

Since I’m seeing an increase in interest in peptides not just in media coverage but also in my personal circle, I’m wondering how my other, „seasoned veterans” decide which is the way to go? Or rather, what have your experiences been so far; did/do you change your sources frequently? Or did you stick to your day one ? What is your KPI you are looking for (besides tests, price, quality) ?

Because to be honest, I found out from my current dealer that he sources his peptides from China through a (somewhat) well-known manufacturer. And I feel ripped off when I can get the same thing for 10x less.

On top of that, with a provider like Finnrick.com, even more names show up on the scene that you hadn’t previously had on your radar. (Without want to promote finnrick.com; i heard different things about it)

And to get back to the point: there are so many dealers, manufacturers, etc. - how do you go about it without having every single batch you order expensively tested at a lab yourself? Or rather, how do you keep track of it all?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a skilled watchmaker who can service, restore, (and/or even modify) mods, reps, and/or insurance cases.

The latter is optional; fundamentally, this is about having watches from our circle of acquaintances inspected and brought back into proper condition.

For privacy and cost reasons, we’re limited to watchmakers based in Switzerland.

Feel free to send me PMs with specific shops / established players / insider tips, etc.

My long-time (and highly skilled!) contact is unfortunately no longer able to do this for health reasons.

Every tip helps!

Thanks in advance!
