Need help

I just got my spark plugs done on my B9 A4 and as shown in the picture, there’s some oil on the plugs. The mechanic said I have a valve cover leak. Never got a check engine nor a code on OBD eleven. Can someone help? They said it would run 3k-4k since they have to take timing chain out and replace entire valve cover. Please lmk if u need clarification on anything. Istg these cars are insanely complicated. I have a bit of car knowledge, but I need help from an expert before I get into anything.

What is the true problem? Someone please help

I tried something really stupid (trying to remove the speed limiter using bluetooth android flashing on my Ninebot Kicksooter Max G30). Ever since then i took it to a shop which replaced the controller with a brand new oem one (because the scooter was going insane). Now months later, I decided to actually try and fix it back to normal. The scooter turns on, headlights, drive modes, etc work and seamlessly connects to app. However, it wont accelerate. Most of the time as soon as I accelerate the screen goes black and wont turn on again for a few seconds. I opened under to check the wiring (images below). I tried some combinations like Brake + Throttle + power button to get error codes. The combos I did got me error codes 10, 14, 15. Does anybody know a good diagnostic/have any ideas what the real problem could be? Here are some photos of the internals. I can send more photos for clarification if needed

Thanks

Did the dealer try to take advantage of me?

I took my a4 in for an oil change, MPI, and tire rotation. That’s it. They then tried to quote me $6,000+ because my suspension (motor mounts/control arms) was leaking/needed replacement. What’s funny is that I had a service record from only 5k miles ago showing the replacement of motor mounts and control arms (done at this same exact dealership). As soon as I showed the record, I waited 30 minutes and they had to have someone else “redo the inspection”. They replaced the old video with a brand new one and declined all previous things like nothing happened. Probably had to do something with me looking young (trying to upsell by assuming I didn’t know anything about my car). They then said it was a technician fault. Very unprofessional, wish I could find a place to service my car without feeling taken advantage of.

It’s either very suspicious or I’m crazy. I’m 16 so I’m assuming everyone thought I was young.
