I recently switched jobs from Bajaj Finserv, where I was doing mobile/laptop financing, to UBISL, where I’m now working in vehicle-loan finance.

I’m currently in my 4th month as a Sales Executive, and honestly, it has been tough. I haven’t achieved my target in any month, and in aug month I’ve had 0 logins.

Today, one of my leads was declined by the bank after almost 50% of the process was completed. It honestly felt like the lead just slipped through my hands after putting in so much effort.

Oh man, sales is tough. 😅

Anyone else in sales/finance going through the same kind of phase?

I work as a RE and It's my 3rd month in a vehicle finance job,I am feeling the pressure already.

This month i am at 0 login till date.

Recently I've been watching news of a corrupt system of the UK, the govt is killing sportsmanship and govt service exam's.

Uk people including me are afraid of govt and police.

I usually smoke a joint after work at the evening daily since cllg ,I really want to quit and also quit mastrubation which I do once a week.

Because I am entering 30 now I want to sustain a healthy lifestyle.please help

Being a prime member ,I ordered a phone worth 40k from Amazon, delhivery agent bolta hai ki amazon se parcel aayega toh amazon wala karega open box delivery, and delhivery me ese nahi hota ,what should I do. Haldwani me esa scam chal raha hai
