For some reason when I load the game up and the main menu shows up, my framerate drops as low as 5 fps. I've redownloaded my drivers, verified the game files, even reinstalled the game and yet it hasn't worked.

Is there a way to fix this?

Anyone got a cause for this, opened FC26 recently and all the edges of moving objects appear to be blurry/wet? I figured this was an issue with the motion blur so I turned it off but that didn't seem to work,
